HMCC celebrates music as a powerful way to worship the living God. We encourage and invite everyone to join us in any or all of our music ministries at HMCC. Our music groups include:

The Congregation: Our largest and most important music group consists of every voice lifted in song during worship. No sign-up needed, just join us on Sunday morning and sing!

Chancel Choir: Sings most Sundays during the school year, rehearses Wednesday evenings 7-8 pm. You don’t need an amazing singing voice, just a deep desire to praise God with the voice He’s given you.

“The Band”: This small group consists of instruments such as guitar, drums, bass, and piano, and leads selected singing during most services. We rehearse as needed at a mutually convenient time.

Children’s Music: Music is a regular part of our children’s ministries. Our children sing occasionally for services.

Handbell Choir: Plays at selected services throughout the school year and rehearses Wednesday nights, 6-6:50 pm. Previous ringing or music reading experience is always appreciated, but all we require is a commitment to regular rehearsal.

Special Music: Individuals are invited to share the gift of music through solos and small ensembles throughout the year.
